fsdump.py gives me 10 MB of output but it gives me no idea what is

You could run fsdump.py from the Tools directory of ZODB3 or the
utilities/ZODBTools directory of Zope. It will print out details of
every object and transaction, which should give you some idea of what is
taking up the space.
