mention an error I had today which I can't seem to find any explanation
for. I'm not sure which of the following things caused this behaviour, so

<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm running a plone
instance behind Apache using rewrite rules. On the client I'm running a nightly
build of Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1 which I've been running for a few weeks, on top
of Windows XP which has been running for 17 days. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial size=2>Yesterday I
installed CMFWeblog 0.6 on the server and w.bloggar on my client and had a bit
of a muck around with it. So far no problems.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial
size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial size=2>Came in thismorning
and tried to pull up the intranet (intranet.menzies.utas.edu.au). But I didn't
get the intranet, I got the root index_html page for that Zope instance. So I
tried <A href="http://server:8880/intranet">http://server:8880/intranet</A> and
I it appeared, no problems. Tried to open <A
href="http://intranet.menzies.utas.edu.au/">http://intranet.menzies.utas.edu.au/</A>
in Internet Explorer and the Intranet appeared no problems at all. Similarly, no
one else reported any problems.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial size=2>So I tried opening a
document I knew the URL of: <A

message saying document_view couldn't be found.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial size=2>So I tried opening

href="http://intranet/portal_skins/custom/index_html">http://intranet/portal_skins/custom/index_html</A>
which I knew was there. I got the error message below.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

for some reason something on MzFirebird is causing portal_skins to disappear
from the acquisiton chain (or something).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=469311702-26092003><FONT face=Arial size=2>As soon as I
restarted Mozilla, it went away. Anyway, I'm sure the reason is in there
somewhere, but I'd love to know why it happened.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
