[Zope-Coders] CHANGES.txt

Hi folks,

I'm a bit confused about CHANGES.txt.

Looking at the behaviour shown in the repository, it seems that if I 
make a small bugfix, and check it into the trunk and the current 
release, I should change the CHANGES.txt in the trunk and the current 
release.

This allows people who get the current release to see what's been 
changed, and also keeps an ongoing human-readable change log in the trunk.


However, this is at odds with the example at the end of this page:

   http://dev.zope.org/CVS/ZopeCVSFAQ

Can someone clarify this please -- and then I'll add the official policy 
to the ZenFromZopeCoders wiki page.
