I enabled tarball downloading from cvs.zope.org. This may incur some
performance penalties. Matt, could you keep an eye out for that?

Every page now has a 'download tarball' link, that'll allow you to download
the current directory plus all subdirectories as a compressed archive. I
believe this should work correctly with branches as well, although I didn't
research this or test.
