Ummm, suddenly making the trunk *require* 2.2 is bad. Especially since no
announcement to the effect was ever made to my knowledge (though I am prone
to blackouts ;^).

I give it two thumbs down on requiring Py 2.2 in the core until post 2.7,
and maybe never unless a really compelling reason arises. I don't think the
new boolean keywords are especially compelling...

I fully agree that we should support running on 2.2 100%, but not require it
until we really need to. At the very least some discussion/proclamation
should be made beforehand.
