I left out the "//" between the file: and /path portions of the URL.
It actually helped!

No, and the real fix is now checked in.  Since they didn't show up
last night, I think it worked.  ;-)  (Even the temporary hack left a
couple of them failing, and I didn't want to completely mask the
problem.)
