My RedHat-installed Python 2.2 on 7.3 appears to be LFS-enabled. I am
downloading the SRPM now to see how they compile it, but I'm 99% certain
about this... the nly problem with the 2.2 distribution that ships with
7.3 is that it doesn't have the compiler module. The newer 2.2.1 RPM
appears to ship with it... so I can only assume that a 2.2.2 RPM from
RedHat will have both LFS enabled and the compiler package...
