[Zope-Moz] FYI: Mozilla Standards Compliance and Bugs info

Hi all:

There was some talk recently in the mozilla rdf newsgroup (and also at
irc.mozilla.org) about mozilla not being standards compliant for RDF.
Chris Waterson mentioned that he is going to fix this.

Chris also mentioned that there's a top level bug for spec violations #11650.
So if we find spec violations not already logged, we log them and add a
dependency to that bug.
