[Zope-Moz] Major surgery to CVS

Hi all,

I have performed some major surgery to the ZopeStudio CVS, to
1/ Accomodate for changes in the way Mozilla treats chrome while still
   maintaining history on files checked in
2/ Clean out old irrelevant CVS entries and directories

I also added a components subdirectory for XPCOM components, such as the
command line argument handler I just checked in. More documentation will
follow. Watch out for README files to be checked in.
