Yes, but I couldn't possibly expect the other PSF board members to
spend much time studying them.  The one person that tried had a real
hard time creating a new folder and placing some static documents in
it with some links between them.  The problem in this particular case
was that Zope's rules for using relative links are different than for
sites built out of regular HTML using Apache.

Another problem was Wiki permissions -- even with the help of Ken
Manheimer I couldn't figure out how to set up a Wiki the way I wanted
it (sorry, I've forgotten the details).
