Hi all,
I'm using Zope (version 2.10.11) through Plone. I lost my admin password to access ZMI. I created a file named "access" using the zpassword.py script, as described here: http://docs.zope.org/zope2/zope2book/Security.html?highlight=password#creati...
I tried to place this file in several directories, such as: /usr/local/Plone/Zope-2.10.11-final-py2.4 /usr/local/Plone/zeocluster /usr/local/Plone/zeocluster/var /usr/local/Plone/zeocluster/var/filestorage (this last one is where Data.fs is) among others.
I'm not able to login through http://localhost:8080/manage
I need some help! Can anyone give me a hint on how can I solve this?
Thanks in advance! Nuno Carvalho

The 'access' file needs to be in the INSTANCE_HOME of you Zope: if you created the instance using buildout, then that is probably actually in 'parts/<instancename>' inside the buildout.
