I've updated the documentation and I've cleaned my first implementation. It 
allows again to choose a python package name different from the project name. 
Because with the previous one, I could not directly reproduce the 
ticketcollector scenario (project=ticketcollector, package=tc.collector).
Now the tc.collector tutorial doesn't need much changes.

Please check if the behaviour this is ok for you now
