[BlueBream] windows buildbot

Hello,

I was able to fix some issues with z3c.testsetup, but still tests in
...\trunk\src\z3c\testsetup\tests\layered_cave\foo\
do not get picked up. Weird is that the same looking tests in
...\layered_cave\bar\ get pciked up.
Therefore 2 tests (testrunner.txt, README.txt) still break.

Someone please take a look or give some hints what to look at.
