[BlueBream] Windows binary packages

Hi,
    Anyone here with experience in setting up Microsoft C compiler in Windows ?
We need volunteers to build Windows binaries (both 32 bit & 64 bit)
I have updated the current status here:

If anyone attempting to compile those package, please create
a document in wiki with details about setting up compiler.
