  Actors

    - Administrator

  Goal

    - Provide a migration target for existing "Collector",
        http://classic.zope.org:8080/Collector
      and "Tracker",
        http://www.zope.org/Members/klm/Tracker
      issues.

  Preconditions

    - One or more issues has already been
      created in either the Collector or in a pre-CMF Tracker.

  Main Flow

    1. Administrator invokes the conversion script appropriate
       to the issue source;  the system queries the source for
       issues, and loads them one by one as CMFTracker issues,
       mapping the appropriate metadata for the source issues.
