Hmm, the above sound like things PyPI can/could address.  Maybe we 
shouldn't treat svn.zope.org as the front door, but instead as the 
storage shed.

PyPI can become the way people do things like ask: what are the actively 
maintained zope.* packages, what do they do, and who works on them.
