Hi Jeff,

Certainly not. Kit has confused two lists.
"foundation-announce at zope.org" is a read-only list for the board to send
announcements to the membership, such as board meeting minutes or
election announcements. This list, "foundation at zope.org", is the place
where all members can talk. It's the correct place where e.g. members
can nominate board election candidates, the candidates can introduce
themselves, or for all other "member to member" communication. Kit is
correct in saying that this list has been very quiet, though.
