Unfortunately, no.  There are still active Python folks here in
Fredericksburg (Zope Corporation is still here, as is my company,
Agendaless Consulting, and likely others), but the group no longer meets.

I wouldn't be averse to either seeing some local discussion on this list
or to forming a "meetup"-style group (as opposed to a formal,
presentation-based "user group").
