As Philipp already mentioned, the minitutorials subdirectory is missing.
You have to create it in advance. Well, you had.

Examining grok2html.py further, I found that handling of relative OUTDIR
paths were not as I would expect it to work. The relative path was
always computed from the doc dir (or another directory on the same
level) and not from the directory, where the script in fact was invoked.

I fixed this in repository and added automatic directory creation for
lower level dirs (the top level target directory still has to exist in
advance to prevent accidental disk pollution ;-).

I hope you agree with that changes.

And no worries, Luciano! I needed several tries too at the first time I
used grok2html a few days ago. BTW: No problems here with a stock
Ubuntu-Python (x86).
