[Grok-dev] update grok tutorial

Hi,

Can somebody correct the tutorial.rst with corrections given for this
bug report ?

Some are already corrected but not all.

Can somebody remove the out of date
http://grok.zope.org/documentation/book/ (the tutorial on plone) and
create a link in plone to
http://grok.zope.org/doc/current/tutorial.html (the generated tutorial
with sphinx) ?
Similar deletion/link should be made for the documentation in the svn.

And there is a typo in the tab "Grok Community Doucmentation" on Sphinx doc.
The render of the sphinx doc looks great by the way.
