[Grok-dev] Windows install troubles (again!)

I got my project created now, but I'm running into trouble serving it.
apparently in the debug and deploy.ini I got things like

D:\grok1.0a2\arts/parts/log/access.log

in which case \a is translated into 0x07 causing a failure to open the log
file

backslashes should be doubled, or replaced by slashes.
