[Grok-dev] Grok installation problem

I would like to learn more about the possibilities of the Zope3 architecture
and I am trying to install GROK according the tutorial, "
http://grok.zope.org/doc/current/tutorial.html " 
but I did get a set of errors, "SyntaxError" and
"ZopeXMLConfigurationError".

See the copy in annex.  I do not know what I could have done in a wrong way.
