[Grok-dev] zope.publisher bugfix needed

I am ready to replace the Grok buildout to reflect the new paster based
layout (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/307197).

Blocker: XMLRPC is broken when used with paster.httpserver
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/332063).

I think we should fix this before switching Grok buildout to the new
'paster' layout.

Any takers for a zope.publisher bugfix release that could be used with Grok?
