[Grok-dev] Proposal: Base Grok on ZTK 1.0

Unless i'm mistaken, the changes we made do not require any doc updates
We merely changed the versions, updated the tests accordingly (some
classes repr changed)
We adapted grokcore.view, but it does exactly the same.

So, the only 'pending' thing is the grokproject. But, a 1.1 alpha/beta
could preceed it from few weeks
