I'm fairly confident you can use the name hurry.raphael. The "hurry" 
namespace was coined by Martijn Faasen when wrote a small workflow 
library. He needed this library quickly as he was in a hurry, see :-)

Be very careful though for checking-in (javascript) code into the zope 
svn for which the copyright cannot be shared with the zope foundation 
(zope repository policy).

Hurry.jquery and hurry.yui for example do not contain the "external" 
javascript code themselves in the zope repository, but only include it 
in the tarball that is uploaded to the pypi.
