[Grok-dev] how to install grok when internet connection is not available?

No idea how to do it in windoze, but you might install grok in another linux
machine (same os, processor and packages installed, including compilers and
Python dev libraries), which has internet connection, then make a tarball
out of your buildout and copy it to your offline machine.

Finally, every time you want to update your buildout you'll need to use the
-No switch (for non-newest and offline mode).

Example:
   bin/buildout -No
