[Grok-dev] How do I check-out the official grok documentation

I have checked out the docs, and read README.rst. It says

"""
If you have run ``bin/buildout``, than you're nearly finished. This
will generate some scripts in the ``bin/`` directory. Just run::

  $ bin/grokdocs2html
"""

only there is no doc/bin directory, so I checked out the trunk and did bin/buildout in the root directory. However I can't find

  grokdocs2html

Do I need to bootstrap the docs stuff somehow or do something else to generate the commands.
