[Grok-doc] a list of megrok extensions

Hi there,

I think it would be useful if someone started maintaining a list of
megrok (and other) extensions for Grok, along with a short description
and where to find out more information (pypi page typically). In
addition we should include a general brief guide as how you'd install
such an extension in your own Grok-based project (i.e. add it to your
setup.py and re-run buildout).

Any volunteers for that project?
