[Gsoc] bad news on the Zope Foundation slot count

+1 on sticking with this. We'll see whether we end up with more slots.
I didn't mean to make everybody depressed, I was just rather surprised
the increased effort, at least so far, is having no effect, and I want
to prepare us for the worst.
