[ZDP] XML Documents?

Can someone point me to a valid XML document that can be uploaded to the
zope.org:18200 site?

I am working on the Zope Quick Reference and was having trouble with the
XML document upload.

If anyone wants to look over the document and suggest new or which areas
need work, it would help me clean it up for Zope 2 (its missing some of
the newer stuff).
