[ZDP] New ZDP homepage uploaded

Sorry about my short messages, I'm working on 15 things at the same
time today, at least so it seems to me :-)

It may just be me, but I have found webpages more useful when
(1) they can be easily navigated if they extend beyond one screen
length and (2) they have a hotlinked table of contents.
Just my preference, perhaps.

The other point is, that the page will become somewhat longer as some
items will to be added to it
