[Zope-Annce] ZCGI - Same as before, only it works now.

Ok, and now it works. Sorry about the false start there.

I have added documentation, online help, and fixed all the bugs I can find
so far. Thanks for the feedback (You know who you are). Please continue to
report any successes or failures so that I can continue to correct and
re-target the project.
