A few.  ZEO_CACHE_TRACE, DISALLOW_LOCAL_PRODUCTS, and Z_MAX_STACK_SIZE
are the only ones that aren't covered AFAICT.  Nobody appears to know
what the latter two do.  ZEO_CACHE_TRACE is something that should
probably be handled by the ZEO package configuration stuff, but I'm too
chicken to check anything in to ZEO or ZODB, it'd mean I'd need to go
update 14 branches -- sorry Tim & Jeremy ;-).

FWIW, I just made the ReST and datetime format stuff config-file
configurable, if that's what you mean.
