[Zope-PTK] Re: Invalid index name

Interesting!  I took Steve's advice and tried it again with stock Zope 2.1.6
and CVS-level PTK.  Everything worked the first time through the wizard!
The patch to remove those leading underscores wasn't even necessary.  So I
guess I'll stick with 2.1.6 for now.
