Note that the name of the product has changed from "Portal Toolkit"
to "Content Management Framework".  The tarball of the latest release,
along with install docs is at:

   http://cmf.zope.org/download/CMF-1.1

You can also get the CMF via CVS:

   $ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.zope.org:/cvs-repository login \
   #supply 'anonymous' as password

   $ cvs -d  :pserver:anonymous@cvs.zope.org:/cvs-repository co CMF
