I don't know.. I kind of doubt it since 0.6 is quite old. 

Another way to achieve a login form may be to put the LoginManager
product or similar in front of your wiki. I don't know if that still
exists as a separate product actually.

When I last had to do this, I used the member handling built into PTK.
That is, I put the wiki inside a PTK instance and customized the PTK
interface to hide everything but the join/login/remind screens.

You should be able to do the same by creating a CMF instance
containing a CMFWiki and customizing the skin. Perhaps someone else
can comment further.
