[Zope-CMF] Members home page is not displayed until it has been edited

Hi,
I have Zope2.4.3 running with a cvs version of CMF, now everytime a new
member joins, their index_html is not displayed until the Member edits the
page, this should not happen as the index_html gives instructions of what to
do -- can somebody confirm this as I am not sure if it is a bug.
