[Zope-PTK] Updated Portal Designs document

The Portal Designs document has been updated to reflect some feedback I've
received.  The updates are relatively minor, but add some expanded examples
and information under some of the different Content Site designs, as well as
fixing some small errors.  This document will continue to be refined over
the next couple of weeks and hopefully evolve into a good paper that can be
used as a starting point in evaluating applying the CMF to ones site\site
concept.
