[Zope-PTK] Membership

Hello,
Can anyone be able to give me some pointers of setting up the Membership
options in the PTK.

I have installed the PTK with the Demo, as far as I can tell it is working
OK, appart from an issue which I am finding it difficult to understand ;^o

When I try to log in a new user, the PTK seems to automatically allocate
this user to be a Manager. So that when this user selects on My Staff, they
are given the Reconfigure Portal link which will allow them to change all
the details.

Is it possible to create four types of users
1.	 this user can only view postings from other users, but is not able to
add any details.
2.	this user can view and add staff, but the staff will need to be checked
by the moderator before it is published. Very similar to the way Squishdot
works
3.	this user is the moderator and is only intrested checking postings and
approving or rejecting posts
4.	Manager

Do I need to change in the join_form:
