I've had this problem a few times. Renaming usually fixes, but newer
versions of Windows make it hard-as-hell to rename, by hiding the extensions
from you!

Try WinRAR (another zip-type program). Can't find the site I downloaded from
at the moment, but Google will help! There's a "free evaluation"
time-limited version, but mine has gone way past its expiry date and is
still working fine :-)
