[Zope-CMF] case sensitive usernames?

 Lets find a midle way
Since there should not be more than one user distinguished only base =
their casing, we may say that the users are case insensitive but login =
name and password is case sensitive during the login phase.

Well, yes, having two usernames that belonged to seperate people =
distinguished
only by case would be silly.

That doesn't necessarily equate to usernames being caseless.
