I *think* this has to do with having PythonScripts copied from a system
with different line-endings.  You are running on Win32, correct?  Could
you try opening the PythonScript files in the broken directory using
Notepad?  Do they look funny (like, all run together on one line?)

If so, the fix would be to get the line endings "correct" for your
platform.
