Another thing to note with the default CSS is that it doesn't meet
accessibility guidelines (due to fixed font sizes mainly). This may seem a
minor issue, depending on your target audience, but bear in mind that it is
(or soon will be) a legal requirement for all US institutions receiving
government funding to have their websites comply with minimum accessibility
guidelines. This means the default skin cannot be used out-of-the-box by a
huge slice of the potential market! There's a whole host of information and
