Because Document objects have their own 'absolute_url' (unlike
DTMLMethods, for instance), you could refer to the containing folder
as:

  <a href=".."> Up </a>

Hmm, my brain balks completely at trying to parse that;  could be
the phase of the moon, I guess. :)
