[Zope-CMF] ie5.5/binary files -- multiple promptings to open from location

There is a known problem with IE 5.5.  Where this is happening is in the
download method, the Content-Disposition header being set (the use of the
download method isn't necessary, and was removed in the fix).
If you are using a CVS checkout, you need to cvs up. I'm pretty sure this
has been fixed in the head of the CMF CVS....
