[Zope-CMF] CerealFactory - Swank new TypeInformation object

CerealFactory 1.0.0 is released as a new TypeInformation object for
portal_types, allowing automatic Id generation on a per-type/per-
container basis.  While it is a 1.0.0 release and is stable, there are
a number of caveats and issues.  Some due to my needing-something-now,
some due to TypesTool design issues.

The product exists partly as proof-of-concept of how to make a new
TypeInformation object.   But it is usable, and is being used in a
system being built here at Cue Media.
