[Zope-CMF] Netscape 4.7x don't work with some cmf/zope modules

I've installed jeff sasmor's blark on my cmf portal. 
(see http://www.zope.org/Members/jeffsasmor/CMFOptions)

but it seems, Netscape 4.7x doesn't like this. When viewed on a Netscape 4.7x 
the character sizings seem to increase incrementally from top to bottom of 
the page. The coloring is also quite messy!

anyone else experienced this? it seems like a css problem but it all seems to 
work ok on IE and anything above version 4.7x on Netscape!
