I have a set of changes to make the ActionsTool TTW-configurable
which I plan to check in soon (this week).  This will allow the
"visible" text to be customized easily for a single language; the
harder problem is to indirect the display text through something
like the 'gettext' mechanism.  We plan to be addressing this problem
as part of a consulting gig which should start Real Soon Now (TM).
