[Zope-CMF] BackTalk in CMF

I have actually wanted to store comments outside the document as
well in some cases... it would require a change to the BackTalk
source which would include comments from a set of folders rather
than inserting the text.  It's a nontrivial change, as BackTalk has
been written around the "core concept" of comments being
text-inlined.  It's fundamentally sort of a rewrite.
