You need a few things:

Page Templates (read the instructions!)
http://www.zope.org/Members/4am/ZPT/

DCWorkflow
http://cmf.zope.org/Members/hathawsh/DCWorkflow/DCWorkflow-0.4.2.tar.gz

It's cool.  There's not much documentation, but if you install DCWorkflow(Default -Revision 2) and do some code digging, you'll get it.
